
Conservation officers rescue deer entangled in ski fence at Sun Peaks near Kamloops
A deer that became entangled in a ski fence was rescued by conservation officers from Kamloops last week.
The Ski Patrol Team from Sun Peaks Resort gave a lift to Kamloops Conservation officers after the deer became trapped, according to post published on the B.C. Conservation Officer Service Facebook page on Friday, Nov. 22.
The deer was tranquillized and the netting was removed, according to the post. The deer walked away shortly after.
