Remember this? Man in Speedo caught on video waterskiing streets of Fernie

—This story was published in February 2020.

Lisa Vincent happened to be in the right place at the right time to capture, on video, a Speedo-wearing man equipped with a set of skis riding around Fernie’s streets.

The scene played out on Feb. 1, on 11th Avenue, Vincent said. Warmer temperatures of around 7 C created the perfect water skiing slop for the man to be towed along on.

“I have no idea who the fellas are,” Vincent said.
