Cultural traditions from around the world will be celebrated in Penticton at the OneWorld Multicultural Festival, which returns for its thirteenth year.
This free, family-friendly event is hosted by the South Okanagan Immigrant and Community Services (SOICS). It will take place Feb. 21 2026 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Penticton Lakeside Resort and Conference Centre.
Featuring representation from more than thirty-five countries, the festival offers visitors a chance to experience global culture through live performances, traditional dances, international cuisines, art displays, and community exhibits. This is an exciting celebration of diversity that brings people together through shared experiences. Think of it as a free plane ticket to multiple countries around the world, all from the comfort of a conference centre.
Attendees also have the opportunity to learn about anti-racism initiatives, support local entrepreneurs, explore multicultural cookware, and sample authentic flavours from around the world.
For more information about the festival, see the official SOICS Penticton website.
