Cyclist killed in hit-and-run in Burnaby, B.C.,
BURNABY, B.C. – A cyclist is dead after a hit-and-run collision in the Vancouver area.
The RCMP say the cyclist was struck by a car in Burnaby on Sunday evening, but the vehicle fled the scene.
The cyclist was a male, but police have not released any further details about his age or identity.
A news release says police are looking for a dark-coloured, two-door car, which likely sustained damaged on its passenger side.
Investigators want anyone who saw the crash to contact police.
