KAMLOOPS – A man killed in a traffic accident just outside Kamloops Saturday has been identified.
He was Daniel Glenn Pawluk, 55, of Kamloops.
Pawluk was the driver and sole occupant of a truck heading east on Highway 1 towards Kamloops near Cherry Creek. At about 8 p.m. the truck went off the road and rolled into the ditch. The B.C. Coroners Service states road and weather conditions were poor at the time. Pawliuk was died at the scene.
The family has been notified. Police and the coroner are still investigating.
