Looking for a forever home, Vernon SPCA pets of the week

Coby

Coby is a young dog which we consider to be a 'diamond in the rough'. He is a very smart dog and has a ton of energy to burn off.

Our Volunteer Dog Walkers are working with him to help him develop better leash walking habits and he is coming along nicely.

He is gentle and eager to please. He loves being in nature and is very alert..he even knows how to smile!

He knows how to "Sit" but is easily distracted.

We truly believe that Coby can be quick to learn with the right owner – an experienced, confident guardian is essential.

Coby loves to play in our backyard. He would love a canine companion and we know it would do him well to have that role model.

Because of his extreme energy he is not compatible with small children or cats. He has a ton of potential – he just needs someone who is willing to give him that chance!

Please contact staff at the Vernon SPCA at 250-549-7297 if you would like more information, or to meet Coby.
