A 38-year-old man with gang ties and his 23-year-old girlfriend were arrested at their home after police found a variety of drugs while conducting a search.

The warrant was executed Feb. 9 as part of an investigation into the activities of Matthew Schrader. Schrader was living in a high-end luxury apartment on the 1300 block of Ellis Street with his girlfriend Janay Pratt and a 15-year-old boy. The Ministry of Children and Family Development have been notified.

Kelowna RCMP seized 33 grams of crack cocaine, 3 grams of heroin, a bottle of suspected methadone, 11 cellular phones and drug paraphernalia.
