Ryan Michael brings award-winning magic and mind reading to Monte Creek Winery

A night of magic is coming to Monte Creek Winery, but guests may want to keep a close eye on their cards, wallets and the person sitting beside them.

Award-winning magician Ryan Michael will bring his live show to the winery on October 9 for an intimate 90-minute performance combining magic, illusion, comedy and mind reading.

Rather than watching from a distance, the performance is designed to keep the audience close to the action. Monte Creek Winery says every seat will offer an intimate view, making the evening feel less like a large theatre production and more like being part of the show.

Michael is a five-time internationally award-winning magician, comedian, illusionist and mentalist who has been performing professionally for more than a decade. His shows combine audience interaction with illusions and real-time mind reading.

Audience participation is a key part of the show, with guests potentially becoming part of the tricks while the smaller setting allows Michael to work directly with the crowd.

The winery setting adds another element to the evening. General admission guests can arrive when doors open at 6 pm, with wine and concession items available for purchase before and during the show.

For those looking for a more involved experience, the limited VIP option includes early entry at 5 pm, a complimentary glass of wine, priority seating and a close-up magic experience before the main show. VIP guests can also attend an after-party featuring a grazing table and wine.

The show is geared toward older audiences and is not recommended for children under 12.

Ryan Michael Magic takes place Friday, October 9, at 7 pm in the Monte Creek Winery Greenhouse at 2420 Miner’s Bluff Road.

For anyone who enjoys trying to figure out how a trick was done, the evening offers a chance to see just how easily a magician can keep a room guessing.
