

The most luxurious vineyard real estate listings in the South Okanagan
There are some outlandish and luxurious orchards and vineyards up for sale in the South Okanagan for anyone with millions to spare.
There are several vineyards up for sale in the region, but these are some of the most expensive that might knock your socks off.
The most expensive property includes a $19.5 million home on the outskirts of Penticton at 1675 Midland Road with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, 9,186 square feet. It’s right on a bluff with beach access and 4.7 acres of vineyard with Pinot Noir already planted.
In the home there is a spa with a steam shower, infrared sauna plus a guest cottage with a private boat dock. Back in 2018 it sold for $3.5 million.


The Sage Hills Estate Winery in Summerland is up for grabs with an asking price of $9.9 million.
There are 10 acres of vineyards along with every piece of equipment needed to run a winery. There’s an infinity pool, smart home technology and a triple garage plus another 23 parking spaces.
The last sale was in 2005 when the owner bought it for $815,000.

Not far away is 1291 Corbishley Avenue in Naramata Bench where a 7,000 square foot home with eight acres of vineyard is for sale for $10 million.
There’s a 600 square foot gym, a 2,000 bottle stone wine cellar and a 20-person infinity hot tub with a pool.
Back in 2012 the property sold for $1.2 million.

On 89 Street in Osoyoos there’s a 12.85 acre property with 550 feet of shoreline on Osoyoos Lake. It has two homes, a fully established RV park with a volleyball court and a soccer field.
There are cherry trees, peach trees, apple trees and more ready to go in the orchard.

The current asking price is $5.9 million.
